Family Planning
A proactive approach for couples planning pregnancy. We help design a tailored care plan that works for you and your partner.
What's Included in each 60-minute visit:
- Gender appropriate history
- Physical exam
- Counseling & anticipatory guidance
- Risk factor reduction interventions
- Hormone education
- Collection/ordering of labs and/or diagnostic procedures
Prenatal Care
Visits occur monthly until 28 weeks, bi-weekly until 36 weeks, and weekly until birth. We prioritize mother and family by ensuring you understand exactly what to expect. We want you to feel heard and empowered in every milestone through this journey to the hospital birth.
What's Included in each 30 to 60-minute visit:
- Risk factor reduction interventions
- Collection/ordering of labs and/or diagnostic procedures
- Routine fetal & maternal wellbeing assessment
- Birth plan guidance & labor preparation
- Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) & Breech support
- Genetic screening through Quest Diagnostics or Unity Billion-to-One
- Ultrasounds referrals through AdventHealth and Simon Med Imaging
Postpartum Care
Newborn Evaluation
Comprehensive clinical assessment of your baby's health and development. Includes routine weight checks with lactation support, and basic oral motor assessment.
Maternal Recovery
Dedicated support for your physical and emotional healing, as well as nutritional needs. Office visits at 1 week, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks to monitor recovery and provide individualized guidance. Access to referrals for postpartum mental health specialists when additional support is needed, helping you achieve optimal emotional well-being and recovery.
Lactation Support
Expert assistance with breastfeeding techniques and infant feeding. Referrals to a pediatric dentist & oral motor specialist if needed.
